Michael Bailey serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zeman Homes, following his promotion from Executive Vice President. Mr. Bailey leads the company’s strategic growth and expansion initiatives, capital raising efforts, and development of key partnerships, while also overseeing day-to-day operations across Zeman’s portfolio of businesses.

Before joining Zeman Homes earlier this year, Mr. Bailey spent more than a decade with Equity Lifestyle Properties, most recently as Senior Vice President responsible for guiding the company’s property acquisition strategy. He began his career in commercial real estate with Nye Commercial Advisors. Mr. Bailey holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of South Florida.
