Jeff Fannon is Chief Executive Officer of Zeman Homes, one of the country’s largest owner and operators of Manufactured Home and RV communities with approximately 40 properties and 12,000 sites.  Since joining Zeman in 2014, he has focused on expanding and growing the portfolio in different markets, specifically Florida and the Northeast.  In the process of expanding, Jeff has also focused on optimizing and streamlining Zeman’s strong management platform to better serve a larger and more dispersed portfolio of properties. Mr. Fannon is committed to fulfilling Zeman’s mission of helping people find homes they can afford while developing, improving and maintaining great communities.

Prior to joining Zeman in 2014, Jeff held a position of Vice President from 2006 to 2014 with Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS), one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the manufactured and recreational vehicle sector.  During his tenure at ELS, Jeff was responsible for over 85 properties spanning over 15 states, including focus specifically on properties located in California, Florida and the Midwest.  As one of the leaders of the day to day operations, his experience, problem solving, communication and team-building skills ensured the overall management expectations were achieved. 

Jeff holds a JD/MBA from University of San Diego and a Bachelors of Science degree in management from Arizona State University.  Jeff is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
