Asa serves as the President of Community Operating Solutions, a subsidiary of Zeman Homes.  Owning and operating approximately 40 properties and 12,000 sites, Zeman Homes is one of the country’s largest owners and operators of Manufactured Home and RV Communities.  Since joining Zeman in March of 2024, Asa has focused on forming Community Operating Solutions, as well as Zeman’s third-party multifamily management platform, OnPoint Management Services.

Prior to joining Zeman, Asa was the President in Midwest of FirstService Residential, one of the largest managers of residential communities across North America.  While at FirstService Residential, Asa had full operational and financial responsibility for 1,250 properties, 190,000 residential units, and 1,500 associates.

Throughout his career, Asa has demonstrated expertise in property operations, exemplary customer service, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management. He excels in identifying opportunities for revenue growth, implementing cost-effective maintenance strategies, and maximizing property value for owners and investors.

Asa has served on the Board of Directors of several industry associations, including the Illinois Community Association Institute Board, the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association Board, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Community Association Manager’s Licensing and Disciplinary Board.
