Throughout her career, Alexia has successfully managed over $100 million in capital projects, consistently delivering them on time and within budget. She has overseen multi-million-dollar annual budgets, led board meetings, and worked closely with key stakeholders while navigating complex regulatory compliance, insurance proceedings, and legal frameworks. Her expertise in contract negotiation and project management ensures operational efficiency and long-term success.
